This is what American Airlines did to Lisa Nemzo's Guitar. Although it was in a travel case designed to withstand serious abuse, American Airlines managed to destroy the case and the guitar. And they are being total jerks about making good on the loss. BTW that not only includes the guitar but also her missed gigs.

I apologize for having to present such a graphic and upsetting image, but I feel that this is an important message for the acoustic music community. I am asking American Airlines to act responsibly and make good on the damage they have done. Until then, this is the home page of acousticmusic.net.
